This course will thoroughly cover the Law of Agency. Different types of Agency, Agency Contracts, Broker and Agent relationships, Types of Brokerage Activities, Client and Customer level services are all discussed throughout the course. The course also features interactive exercises and students will fill out Agency Contracts used in the State of Kentucky.
