This course will prepare student to properly fill out and fully understand how Disclosures should be used in the Real Estate Industry. Topics covered include: Agency Disclosures, Stigmas, Sex offenders, Defects, Standards of Care, Fiduciary duties, Various disclosure forms, Confidentiality, Environmental considerations, Disclosures in practice, etc.
